I worked for an auditing company and here are the criteria we used to validate pancytopenia:
WBC <3000, Plt <100,000 and Hgb <9

Pancytopenia due to alcohol, goes to MCC? I am getting cc in 3m because if I choose drug> unspecified> it assumes therapeutic then I get an edit that it is not a therapeutic substance and codes to pancytopenia other (cc)... advice/input?
