Posterior Sagital Anorectoplasty

Anyone have any idea if 0DTP0ZZ is correct for this procedure? The descriptor is resection of rectum which implies the entire rectum was removed...banging my head against the wall on this one. ICD-9 code maps to this ICD-10 PCS code, just not sure of the accuracy.
