Hello Peds CDI Colleagues,

Pediatric Resource Group just went live with a new online Pediatric CDI Educational Series geared towards CDIS & coders.

The goal is to more thoroughly understand pediatric inpatient conditions and to ultimately recognize all the query opportunities associated with them. We also have presentations on hospital reimbursement models, physician support of CDI and other relevant topics.

Approved for 12 ACDIS & AHIMA CEUs 

We'd love to tailor the content to your needs so if there are topics you'd like to see, please let me know. We plan on adding a number of them throughout the year and we are planning out a Pediatric Coder educational series as well.

    Good Morning Dr Balkian,


    I believe I met you at the ACDIS conference in Chicago. I was just looking for the informational sheet you gave me in my home office, I would be very interested in taking your courses. It would be just me at this time. I also do work as a CDI with all pediatric populations, but currently am most interested in Neonates as we have recently started up this program in Feb 2023.

    I would be most interested in starting this after my children go back to school which would be after September.

    Possibly earlier if I could see how the time and dates were at possibly figure out something.
