Policy for copying and pasting in the EHR

Does anyone have a policy for cutting and pasting in the EHR? It is really a problem at my facility.

    Wish we did. I would love to see what anyone has. I've brought this up several times at my facility as have our coding team. I am afraid that until TJC dings us for it, it will continue - that's how they finally got the nurses to stop.
