Can someone tell me what MJCC means on report 03a in 3m 360? What does the J stand for?

    According to their reports guide:

    MJCC or w/o MJCC
     MJCC: Total visits with major CC
     w/o MJCC: Total visits without a major CC
     MJCC Capture Rate: Total visits with a major CC as a percent of all visits

    Same here. I'm losing my follow ups because of that issue. Terrible customer service IMO

    Guys, it's easy fix. Tell your IT person to contact 3m rep. They had fixed this issue for us within 1 hrs
