confusion due to Tamiflu and hyponatremia

I'm new to CDI, so this question may be simple for most of you. I'm review a chart where the MD documentent confusion suspected related to mild hyponatremia and Tamiflu. The patient's primary DX is PNA. I know that delirium due to conditions classified elsewhere is a CC. I am wondering if I can query for this, and if so, how. Thanks for any help

    I would consider first a query to get a specific diagnosis (confusion is a symptom). After that, you have the linkage necessary (due to xx AND xx) therefore the delirium (if you settle with that) can be either, but if it is encephalopathy you may have a bit more clarification to pursue metabolic (hyponatremia) or toxic (Tamiflu)

    If the pt has AMS in the setting of a metabolic factor (hyponatremia, infection, etc..) and the confusion is reversible or improves based on the treatment of the underlying cause, then you may be able to query for metabolic encephalopathy.
