I think Sepsis with mcc....I think MI moving to pdx is only when your original PDX was in MDC (circulatory) 5- Afib, or chf... maybe you are thinking of that rule?
If AMI was not present on admission and occurred after admit, there is no option to use the AMA as the principal diagnosis. DRG would be 871, Sepsis w/ MCC
