I have a big favor please... Since the update on October first I am getting an non-valid OR procedure for ICD10 0F9430Z. My coder on the otherhand is still getting a valid OR procedure in her encoder (Clintegrity). Would someone be able to check in their system to see if you are getting a valid vs non-valid procedure?
Searching the tables for Final Rule Changes looks like it has been changed to non-valid, but I would like to see what others are getting before reporting this.

We use the 3M Encoder. For an MS-DRG payer, I am not able to move to a Surgical DRG with this code, however it does affect an APR-DRG reimbursement.
