Does anyone have experience with offering the CDI and/or Coding staff an informal discussion board to post questions, clinical scenarios, and lessons learned? Ours is a large multi-facility system with 50+ CDSs, and we are evaluating the merits of this communication tool.

We used a discussion board to help get through ICD10 and it was extremely beneficial!
