Does anyone have Queries built in your Physicians documentation online??

Looking for examples from hospitals that have the query process imbedded in their EHR? Also, any words of wisdom in this process. We are a Meditech Magic hospital and are trying to imbed the query process in the "PDOC" program of meditech. If anyone has done this with meditech or any other EHR please share your experience and a few screen shots to get us started. Amber

    my queries are electronic, the templates were built in physician documentation and show up with the progress notes.  We have the HMS (Enterprise) system.
