Mental Health Documentation?

I have been receiving requests for provider education on documentation and coding requirements for mental health to include medication management.  If anyone has any guidance, handouts, or presentations to assist I would be very appreciative.  Thanks in advance.

    I have attached a great article that I collected somewhere along the way when researching the same subject. 

    I also have a VHA-specific powerpoint that I put together recently for social workers.  Since the ppt is meant for social workers, it does not include medication management.  The group I was presenting to was specifically interested in how to document interactive complexity, so it concentrates a lot on that.  Let me know if that would be helpful to you, and I'll send it along.
