Dealing with trauma

    I don't see any responses to this post so I'm not sure it's still relevant, but I do review documentation related to trauma at Johns Hopkins All Children's.  Please give Dr. Campbell my contact information so that I can better understand his question.

    We are a pediatric trauma center and we review all trauma patients admitted to the hospital as well as the kids who are treated in the ED and discharged.  CDI participates in the trauma case reviews twice a month and has the ability to do short education tidbits in this case review regarding diagnoses that were missed or could have been better documented.  Val
