Looking for help, how would I could a coronary perforation that occurred after a PCI.   Can it be coded as a coronary artery dissection.  Will this code out to be related to the procedure. Thankful I have not had much cases of this, but not sure how to code.

    Did the provider document it as a complication? If not, I would query if it was a complication of the PCI.

    I agree you would need to query the provider to find out if the perforation is related to the PCI and if it is then they need to document that it is a complication of the PCI
