Hello,

Op note states  spinal cord compression due to the tumor in a patient that also has thoracic radiculopathy. 

I am getting M54.14 and not to code the spinal cord compression 

Is that what others are getting?

    Are you using 3M?  Can you post your decision history?  I am curious. 

    They don't appear to be exclude 1s?  What does the message say?

    Never mind on this one. I sent this to AHIMA code check and they said to code it separately thank you for your help and assistance
