Outpatient CDI software

Hello. My hospital is in the planning stages of expanding out CDI program to include the outpatient setting. I would like some input into what software is out there that different institutions are using for their CDI outpatient programs. I have seen the M*Modal software. I was just wondering if there are other software that we can look into.

    I think this depends on the EMR you are using. We just transitioned to Cerner and there is a platform that is in the process of being implemented called HealtheIntent that is going to provide a lot of clinical support to CDI and to the providers, I am anxious to see it in the live form. As far as KPI's go, I have not seen anything for the outpatient world like they have for inpatient CDI. We currently manually track everything in excel.

    We have CDI in our primary care clinics.... no software yet.... we rely on excel spreadsheets to track our data.
