Coding Post-Obstructive Pneumonia d/t Cancer

I am looking for the correct PDX code for Post Obstructive Pneumonia caused by Cancer? J17  PNA in disease classified elsewhere which leads to a code first note (underlying disease) which would go to the Cancer DRG or J18.8 Other PNA unspecified organism which would lead to Simple Pneumonia DRG. Or is neither the correct code?
