New process 3m360 ???
We have been using 3M 360 for several years and now want to change from unit bases coverage to assign patient to CDI to follow through the hospital stay. Does anyone have experience with doing assignments this way. Would love some feedback please.

Yes we have one big priority list which we only use for unreviewed cases, and then each of have one of the "bucket lists" for follow-ups, queries, action items, etc.
We go to priority list to review cases and assign them to ourselves as we go into them, then that person follows throughout their stay. We all wear multiple hats, so we liked assigning as we go rather than to assign all charts everyday because it was tedious, and this way the absolute most important unreviewed chart is always at the top of the list waiting for whomever can get to it next.

Yes, CDI reviews the patient through discharge regardless of where they are within the facility. This was the case when they were unit based assigned too but we no longer do cases by unit now. Happy to answer any questions.
