3M HDM reports for CDI Managers

Hi everyone,

Do you find HDM reports useful? Are you able to get better data then SSR reports or Legacy reports?

Just wondering how are other CDI managers using HDM reports and/or if HDM reports are strictly for HIM/Coding department? Any help is appreciated!!!

    I having issues learning how to use the SSR reports ….they are confusing?  We have been using the Legacy reports and they are easy to use....    Any tips and tricks for the SSR reports ?
