Help!

Has anyone developed any internal guidelines for the use of AI in daily progress notes/Query responses?

We are seeing a large influx of AI generated notes introducing diagnoses that are not clinically supported, along with ICD-10 codes included.

    Great question! This is a hot topic in CDI right now. I think some organizations are addressing AI and NLP in their query policies. Looking forward to getting some more insight here.
