Curious of what others are applying as the POA status indicator on maternal accounts when you have nuchal cord or meconium staining. Trying to clarify if it should be "U" or "W"?

Since the POA assignment is based on whether the condition was present before inpatient admission and both occur in utero then I would suspect that "U" and "W" are rare. Interested to see what others have to say.
