Has anyone developed any internal guidelines for the use of AI in daily progress notes/Query responses?
We are seeing a large influx of AI generated notes introducing diagnoses that are not clinically supported, along with ICD-10 codes included.

This is something I've been thinking about a lot. The problem you're describing — AI introducing unsupported diagnoses — is essentially the inverse of the documentation gap problem CDI exists to solve. One introduces noise, the other misses signal. I'm curious whether your teams are finding that the volume of AI-generated note content is making it harder to identify what's clinically supported versus what was auto-populated. Is that part of what you're seeing?
