Audit Company
Good Afternoon,
I would like to have an audit company come in and review our CDI program. I am looking for someone who would look at our reviews, queries and then look at retrospective queries being asked by the coders and compare the CDI working DRG to the final coded DRG to make sure we are in line with our program. I would appreciate any feedback you can provide.

Secondly, I'd suggest you look at the vendor list from the ACDIS conference (link below). Scanning through, there are at least 6 I recognize (both the 'big boys' as well as smaller consultants). The smaller consultants I believe in our field are extremely competitive as far as their work. For ones that I've worked with there is often a great deal of flexibility.
