Behavioral Health

Does anyone review behavioral health records? If so, can you give me any idea of the types of things that you query for? I am not going to be reviewing behavioral health. Rather, I am setting up diagnoses favorites folders for our EMR. I wanted to try to place any specificity for our psychiatrists that was necessary. Any ideas? Thanks!

    We don't do a lot with behavioral health, but I find that the acuity alone can increase the severity for some psych diagnoses:

    acute, chronic, remission?
