Does anyone have an example of an educational flyer/poster or physician query for multisystem organ failure (MSOF) they would be willing to share?

    I don't have a set query. But i have queried on it before by simply stating that "MSOF" is documented and can they please specify which organ systems are affected. I have used check boxes for this as well.
