I am trying to locate the continuing education submission form for ACDIS recertification. Can someone point me in the right direction?

    On the ACDIS website, click on Certification on the left hand side. Then on the top right you will see Recertification. Click this. Second paragraph on blue is the link to the Continuing Education Submission form.

    Is there a charge for submitting CEU's that have not been provided by HCPRO INC? For example attending Continuing Medical Education Programs etc that are related to specific topics such as Pneumonias, Resp Failure, Sepsis, etc. All the ICD 10 programs that the medical records ICD 10 Trainer provides?

    No. I just recently turned my in and had quite a few from other than HCPro

    I wouldn't think so. Not all of mine were from HCPro.

    Don't think any of my CEU's were from HCPro when I recertified; and only paid the recert fee
