Interview Questions for CDS Manager Position

    Attached is a set of questions I've referred to for a couple of settings.
    Since I've never had the chance to interview an experienced CDS (or coding professional), and all of the other candidates by the time they get to interview the clinical experiences / knowledge are pretty much a 'given' to pass screening for interview, these questions look more at the person, intangibles, etc.
