Depression Query/Guidance

Does anyone query for specificity of depression? If so would they please share query ideas for depression or ideas for physician education.

Wonderful query Robert!!! We too have a psychiatric floor and I do get a chance to review their charts, especially when they get transferred to medicine for a medical reason. Your specificity choices are great!
