APR DRG Grouper sample with SOI/ROM change with NO DRG change

We don't have the APR DRG Grouper-so I was wondering if anyone can share some made up samples or those without any PHI to illustrate how adding additional diagnoses such as Acute Renal Failure or Acute Respiratory Failure on a case with MCCs and/or CCs already would NOT change the DRG (money) but would in fact change the Severity of Illness/ Risk of Mortality.

I want to use them for physician education. I would like about 4 or 5 examples if anyone has these.
