Conference survey

Is anyone having trouble this morning completing and submitting the conference survey?
I especially had trouble on question # 98 where you are asked to choose 3 cities one would like to see for the 7th annual conference.
There were some wonderful choices but the system would only allow me to submit one instead of three.
How can we correct that? How can we make our choices know

    Yes, I had difficulties with that and also you could not submit survey unless you evaluated all the presenters

    I tried Saturday morning and couldn't access the site. I just assumed they had not gotten it up yet. We probably need to let Penny know-she does monitor the site.

    I got my survey done and even have my certificates emailed to me. No problems from this end.

    I love the individual certificates as well as the one main one from HCPRO.

    I completed the survey but only received AAPC certificates not Rn or CCDS

    On your AAPC certificate email, click on the link in it for the "other"
    and it will take you to a page with your name and a listing of all of
    the other CE hours, including nursing J

    I accessed it on Friday evening and everything went through so I am hoping I did not lose it. I did receive certificates.

    Penny,
    I was able to access the survey today and received my CEU's. Something else for IT: I received 11 emails with the exact same certificate - I don't need a separate certificate for each class but thought it was odd to get so many emails. Enjoyed the conference as always!!

    Never mind...I now see (said the blind man) that the attachment is the individual CEU for those that need them. That's why there were 11! I was just checking the "click here" area. My bad.

    I completed the survey yesterday and could only select one city as a preference for the 2014 conference. I wrote in my 3 choices in the comments section.
