EMR inpt orders

For those colleagues with EMRs, out of curiosity, how is the order phrased for inpatient and observation within your EMR system? Specifically, is the orderable one order for Admit and a drop down for Inpatient or Observation, Place patient in bed with a drop down of inpatient or observation or other? (Certainly don't want to lead anyone here:)

    We have an area to choose/check for admit. Then choose inpatient or obs.
    Then they can choose the type of unit (i.e. ICU, med/surg, peds, OB, etc)

    Separate orders here. One for inpatient, one for observation.
