RE: [MARKETING] MCC/CC capture for Surgical cases

I've found many times that these elective hip/knee replacements and back/neck procedures are done on healthier people with few chronic illnesses, so you (or at least we) don't generally see MCCs on these procedures unless there is a complication-resp/cardiac arrest for example. We have a huge population with ESRD, CHF, COPD but those people don't generally come in for elective procedures.
