Query Rate
When calculating your query rate. Do you:
a. Calculate based on percentage of patients reviewed?
b. Calculate based on number of total reviews?
Meaning, If you have 5 patients and you place 2 queries, is that a 40% query rate? Or, do you take into about of reviews (including re-reviews) you performed? So if for those five patients you had 12 reviews and still 2 queries your query rate is now 16%.
