Help with guidelines for 4 day workweek

We are looking at developing an alternative schedule program. We currently work 5 - 7.5 hr days. We want to develop guidelines for a 4 day workweek. I am putting together the guidelines and policy, but I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their guidelines with me. I don't want to leave any stone unturned when I am putting this together.

    Check the ACDIS tools library...

    This came from it... I haven't had a chance to review it entirely, but looks very neat!
