ICD-10 readiness
Good morning everyone! Yes it is, we have rain in Indiana:)
I am currently working on my Master's degree in Nursing Administration. I am working on a project for leadership and change. The process that I am addressing is ICD-10 readiness.
I am hoping for responses regarding your organization's readiness for ICD-10. What are your concerns? What have you identified as roadblocks? Are you using or planning for any outside resources? What are your facilities estimations for decline in productivity and are you expecting your productivity to slow down as well. What is your plans for education for CDI and coding? When do you expect to implement education? How far has your organization looked ahead at ICD-10?
