OB Documentation

I need help,i.e.resources for OB documentation guidelines and requirements. We are also starting to enter the world of outpatient CDI. I would like advice on both these please. I know Glenn wrote an excellent article in the journal some time ago regarding office billing and coding guidelines. But I'd appreciate as much guidance as possible, including courses I should take.
