Job Description -- System Director &/or Educator Role
Hoping someone might be have & be willing to share:
A job description for a system level CDI leadership role for a multiple hospital system?
(thinking 4+ facilities, likely with 1500 beds, at least a dozen CDS, though would be interested regardless of size)
A job description for an educator role -- not exactly sure what I am looking for here, but wondering if anyone is starting to develop specialized roles beyond that of leader, CDS & physician advisor?
(that is at least 1/2 time, if not full time)
(thinking might include functions like orientation of new CDI's, coordinating &/or providing ongoing education for CDI &/or coding staff, auditing of CDI activities, training & mentoring of CDI staff; possibly also coordinating, developing &/or presenting materials to medical staff; development of tools, handouts, etc.)
