HCC Codes

Can anyone share what ever info they have on HCC codes and how a CDI program that has only dealt with acute inpatient so far, will interact on that level? And what is the best training for us?

    Gloryanne Bryant, RHIA, CCS, CCDS and Kaiser Permanente facilities would be the experts on HCC's.
