Cerner, folders, and notes

For anyone using Cerner, I would like to know how your documentation is filed within the notes section of the EMR.

Are you using folders for History and Physical, Consultation, Progress, Operative, and Discharge Summary or are you filing according to specialty?

I think we have too many folders in Cerner and by the time you navigate through all the specialties in the chart, it feels like the story is disjointed.
