self-auditing
Does anyone have any self-auditing tools? I checked the ACIDS forms & tools library & there were a few but I'm not really sure what I'm looking for. I am the only CDS at my small institution & I want to start re-reviewing my work to make sure I am being compliant. It is kind of hard to evaluate yourself so I was hoping that someone might have developed a tool that could help me. I want to look at query compliance & also missed opportunities I think.
Thanks,
Laura

I'm in the same situation. What I do is have the inpatient coder review
my queries and give me feedback on if she feels I'm missing anything.
It's very informal, but I have gotten some good feedback from her and it
keeps our lines of communication open. I only use our standard query
forms which are compliant so I don't worry about that part.
