Navigant CDI software

Does any other hospitals use Navigant Software? Do you like the program? Because of the upgrading of the system, our Quantum and navigant are down for the past 3 days. Last year we did not have the Navigant for about 1 month. Does anybody else has the same problem?

    We had been using Navigant since we started our program in 2008. This year our director determined the ROI was not worth it, so we have now switched to a more manual process. We did not have any trouble with the program going down and I liked the software except for the double documenting that we were doing.
