Chemotherapy
I thought I knew the answer to this but my CRS must be kicking in:
If a patient is admitted for administration of chemo, and during the course of the admission he develops a condition unrelated to chemo but requiring treatment and increased length of stay, does the principal diagnosis stay as administration of chemo?
Thanks,
Renee
