Cellulitis and Diabetes

Do you query for a link between cellulitis and diabetes? If so what
language do you use?
Our consultants told me I should, then the coder asked me why I did.

    That would code out to Diabetes with other manifestations - unless, there is some strong evidence that the two could be linked, I would not query. Maybe you can ask the consultants what guideline and/or documentation they are basing that off of?.?...
