Interview questions

Good morning! We are in the process of hiring a fourth CDS, and I was wondering if anyone can direct me to CDI interview questions from the ACDIS website. I vaguely remember having seen them there but cannot locate where they are! Please help! Thanks in advance!~

    The CDI Specialist's Handbook has a section in interviewing/hiring. I don't remember if it's the first one or the second - one of my CDI's is studying for her CCDS and has the books at home.

    One of these days, I need to learn how to submit an email without erasing an old one.

    Someone asked about interview questions. I forgot I had compiled these for the last position we were trying to fill. Hope it helps. Feel free to use them if you choose.

    There was a recent string in CDI Talk: "Sample CDI interview questions"
    As far as I recall, I haven't seen anything in the Forms & Tools library.
    Have a sneaking suspicion you might be able to glean something out of the Quarterly Journal (especially older issues)....

    I am finding that nurses are blindly coming for interview with out any idea what this job is about.
    I would think one would research a job you have applied for. Maybe I am to old school, but I saw my job advertised in the nursing spectrum back in 2007. I was in case management, and told my boss I would be good for a job like this! I was invited to meet the consulting company Acs.
    They liked me, I had read up on the job, had lots of questions . I was offered a position as CDI in H I M, and I love it. Am I missing something?
    Maybe spread a little 2 thin but, they know me and not uncomfortable when I ask for a dDX
