I am working on the second edition of the CDI Specialist's Guide to ICD-10 and wondering what elements of the first edition you found most interesting.

    Hi Melissa!

    I really liked the case studies under Chapter -5 (Suggested Preparation & Training & Implementation Timelines) It would be nice to hear an update from the 2 hospital case studies in the original edition of CDI Specialist Guide to I-10.
    I would also like to have more examples of diagnoses which need greater specificity in I-10.
