Vendor Software- Feedback Requested

Our facility utilizes the software CDMP Guide from JA Thomas. We are currently exploring the possibility of upgrading to their SQL version. Is there anyone in the forum that is currently utilizing the SQL version that may be open to an offline discussion regarding their experiences with this software? Thanks!

    I have looked at upgrading our software also, but have not yet seen the 'killer' enhancement that would cause me to want to do so. There are not the built in reporting capabilities in the software to customize to the reports & analysis that I want, I have access to direct coding/billing feeds to get me better raw data for some of the analysis that I do perform. We use & customized a different software to automate a lot of the work flow aspects -- ADT continuos updates, single glance look at prioritization, etc. This has saved anywhere from 30 - 60 minutes each CDS every day with the 'organize' work using paper tools.
