Staffing Considerations for ICD10

I understand that on the last ACDIS call there was discussion about staffing recommendations for CDI in preparation for decreased productivity with increased query opportunities. Is anyone aware of literature that is available that addresses this topic ?I too am looking to add positions in preparation for ICD10 and also to expand payers and need ammunition to support my case.
