Meditch 6.0, Problem List and IMO

I attended our first training session today regarding the build to Meditech 6.0. We have been using SNOMED for our current problem list but it has not been used appropriately and I agree the dx's included in this list are not inclussive. I was told we are using IMO to clean up our list and to integrate all necessary verbage needed between SNOMED, ICD-9 and ICD-10 as well as meaningful use requirements. Is anyone famliar with this progam?
