May I ask what method you are using to generate your queries?  We are currently handwritting ours per instruction from our consultants. We are interested in using templates. I would appreciate any input from any of youregarding templates. Are you using ones with clinical information on them? Are you using one page per query? Any advice you can give would be most appreciated.  Thank you,
