RE: [SPAM]response rate to Queries

I use a lot from the ACDIS site and other HCPRO resources. My goal is to work with Med Staff to design Qs that coincide with their diagnostic info, ie: using Rifle or AKIN for ARF. I do put multiple Qs on one sheet. Some times I can actually verbal query.
