coagulopathy
I know you've all came across the coagulopathy, Coumadin toxicity vs
elevated INR issue. I was wondering how you've approached this with your
physicians. Do you have a template query you use or just mainly try to
verbally query for clarification. I know this has been a huge RAC
target, so I wanted to see what other facilities do with this issue.
